Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Ritz is a 21-and-over adult establishment. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID upon request. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification.

Admission & Right to Refuse Service

Admission is a revocable license. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse entry to or remove any person, including for intoxication, disorderly or unlawful conduct, failure to meet the dress code, or any behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of our guests or staff. Cover charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Conduct & House Rules

  • Guests must treat entertainers, staff, and other patrons with respect at all times;

  • Unwanted physical contact, harassment, or solicitation is strictly prohibited;

  • Photography or video recording of entertainers, staff, or other guests is not permitted without express authorization from management;

  • Illegal substances, weapons, and outside alcohol are prohibited;

  • Guests are subject to search as a condition of entry, where permitted by law;

  • Management's decisions regarding conduct on the premises are final.

Reservations, Table & Bottle Service

Reservations, table minimums, and bottle-service packages may require a deposit and are subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, deposits and spend minimums are non-refundable. Applicable gratuity, taxes, and service charges may be added to your final bill. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and packages at any time.​

Alcohol Service

We serve alcohol in accordance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person who is or appears to be intoxicated or who cannot provide valid proof of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and associated materials, including logos, names, graphics, and photography, is the property of The Ritz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with attending an entertainment venue. The Ritz, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, entry to our venue, or participation in any event, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Ritz and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
